A cyan aperture emerging from dark water

Private funding.
Fresh wallets.

An Ethereum wallet with a shielded balance. Trade from fresh wallets that never touched your main one. Darkpool removes the funding link, not the trade.

The problem

On Ethereum, your wallet is a profile.

Every transfer, swap and balance on Ethereum is public and permanent. Wallets that trade well get labelled, watched and copied. Bots and trackers follow the ETH: a new trading wallet funded from your main wallet is linked to it in one hop.

Darkpool does not hide trades. It removes the funding link between the wallet you are known by and the wallet that trades, by passing value through a shielded balance that many people share.

  • 01

    Public by default

Anyone can read a wallet’s history and every counterparty.

  • 02

    Funding gives you away

Fresh wallets are linked by the ETH that pays for their gas.

The funding link, with and without Darkpool Without Darkpool, a main wallet sends ETH to a trade wallet that buys a token, so trackers link all three. With Darkpool, the main wallet deposits into the shielded pool, and a later purchase is paid from the pool into a fresh wallet that never held ETH, so there is no direct ETH path from the main wallet to the fresh wallet. Left: the ETH path links all three wallets. Right: the purchase is paid from the shared pool into a wallet that never received ETH from you. Deposits, the fresh wallet and the trade remain public.

Three steps.
One private balance.

Shield once, then trade through fresh wallets derived from your seed. Each step is a single Ethereum transaction bound by a zero-knowledge proof made in your browser.

01 / SHIELD

A private balance.

Deposit ETH or USDC into the shielded pool. It becomes private notes that only your 24-word seed can spend. The deposit itself is public.

02 / GHOST BUY

A fresh wallet.

Buy a Stockereum token from your private ETH. One transaction withdraws, buys and delivers the tokens to a brand-new wallet that has never held ETH.

03 / GHOST SELL

A sponsored return.

Sell from that wallet with relayer-paid gas. The guaranteed proceeds go back into your shielded balance in the same transaction.

Trades and fresh-wallet balances remain public. Timing, amounts and a small pool can still reveal patterns. Darkpool reduces linkability; it does not promise anonymity. Read the privacy model.

Utilities

What opens with the mainnet beta.

Every feature carries an honest status. These are tested end to end on an Ethereum mainnet fork. 5 more are in testing and 8 are planned.

Trust model

What the code guarantees, and what it does not.

  • No owner, no upgrades

The contracts have no owner and no upgrade path. Nobody can take notes or change the verifier.

  • Relayer can’t redirect

The proof and your signed order fix recipient, amounts, token and minimums. The relayer only submits.

  • Exit without us

If the relayer is offline you can withdraw directly from the chain with your seed.

  • Unaudited beta

No independent audit yet. Mainnet opens with deposit caps. Use only what you can afford to lose.

A utility first.
A token next.

The privacy wallet comes first. $DARK will be created later on Stockereum, an Ethereum launchpad with a fixed supply and no mint function. It has not been created, and no contract address exists yet.

Know what stays visible.

Short answers here. The full FAQ covers fees, recovery, security and the token.

What does Ghost Buy hide?

It separates a trade’s funding from your public wallet through the shielded pool. The purchase, receiving wallet and token balance remain visible. Reusing fresh wallets or combining their funds can create links.

How do I recover my wallets?

Your 24-word seed recreates your shielded balance and every fresh wallet derived from it. Keep the seed offline and retain an encrypted backup. Never paste it into support chats or forms.

Can I deposit or buy $DARK now?

Mainnet deposits and $DARK purchases are not available yet. Verified deployment and token addresses will appear above before those actions open.

Is the utility audited?

No. The mainnet launch will be an unaudited beta with deposit caps. Proof tests, contract tests and Ethereum-fork rehearsals are development checks; they do not replace an independent audit.
